I want a Chandler, but they are so expensive. Do you do discounts or bat packs?
We hold our product to the highest standards and the quality of our product surpasses anything else on the market. We ensure that every Chandler bat you receive has been crafted to perfection with the guarantee that it will withstand the stress of the game. As a result of this diligence, we do not offer "bat packs".
However, we do have a discount that is applied to your order. If you purchase 12 or more bats from our MomentumTeam series line, the price per bat will drop from $195 to $95.
I want a Chandler, but I don’t know what model to get.
Not a problem at all, you have 2 options:
- Call us at (877) 497-2287. One of our representatives will walk you through our model library. We have almost every model from every brand in our library, so if you are used to a specific model from another brand, we can replicate that model for you.
- Schedule a bat fitting at the Chandler Bats showroom where you can test out different Chandler models and customize your own! To schedule call (877) 497-2287.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your custom order, you have 7 days to do so. Please reach out to our billing department at (877) 497-2287.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on any bat orders. If you find that you order was not made to the specifications you requested or if your order was damaged during shipping, please call our warranty department immediately and we will assist you (877) 497-2287.
Is there a warranty on my Chandler bat?
Yes, Chandler Bats prides itself on the continued guarantee that our bats live up to the performance expectations of our deserving customers. With the purchase of each one of our Chandler Wooden Bats, our customers receive a guarantee of expected performance for the first 30 days after purchase. Within these 30 days, our customers must use our product to its best possible capacity by adhering to our Hitting Guidelines.
